A unique team, Talley and Associates, Inc. offers effective government relations and public affairs representation for clients, with emphasis on city and county government relations and public affairs. The Talley team combines over 75 years of experience and relationships at both the staff and elected official levels of local government.
Vickie Talley founded Talley and Associates, Inc. in 1981. As a former City of Los Angeles Planning Department staff member and City of Cypress Mayor, Councilmember and Planning Commissioner, Vickie Talley assists clients on a variety of land-use and property rights issues. She has extensive experience in managing political action committees, non-profit associations and forming business coalitions. In 2004 Vickie was a nominee for Orange County Business Women of the Year.
Bill Talley joined the firm after retiring from full time public service. His long and distinguished career included managing the cities of Anaheim, Mission Viejo, Dana Point, Rancho Santa Margarita, Oceanside and San Clemente. Bill has represented corporate clients, government agencies, development companies and mobile home community owners. During his tenure he managed the company’s financial reports and records for association clients as well as special projects. In 2007 he retired again to manage private development projects, but continues to be an advisor to the firm.
Joining Vickie and Bill on the Talley Team are talented associates with a broad range of experience in local government, non-profit association management, real estate, graphic design, and meeting planning.
